Trupanion removes financial implications
We had a very unfortunate and unexpected event happen with our Stella. She passed but not after we did everything possible to save her. Had we not had Trupanion we would have had to make a much more difficult financial decision versus simply a care decision. Afterwards, Teupanion worked directly with our vet to make payment. Our experience, as difficult as it was with our poor pup, was made easier because of the safety net Trupanion provided.

When you take out pet insurance you really hope you never require to use it. Unfortunately things happen and you need it. Thankfully I used Trupanion and between them and the Veterinarian everything was dealt with and I could focus on Indie getting the right treatment and not how was I going to pay for it.

Amazing company. Customer service is excellent,friendly and very helpful. The refund cheques are very prompt after the invoices are sent in.
