Waiting for our claim
Put in 2 claims for the same illness as we had to see a specialist. First claim was quick considering we were still below the deductible . Still waiting for the second which was over 1000 our deductible . Hmmmmm

No more worries at the vet checkout!
Each time I visit the vet and mention that I have trupanion insurance they say ok one minute please and sure enough only a minute or two later it comes back as covered x amount ! No waiting no forms no receipts needed ! Excellent professionalism !
