We have two Abyssinian kitties who have started their lives with a myriad of health issues. If not for Healthy Paws we'd be in the poor house now. They have handled all our claims quickly and efficiently. It's really a nice touch also that they always follow up the claim enquiring into the health and well being of our cats. It feels like they really care and are passionate about what they do. We are very pleased with Healthy Paws and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and have recommended them to several of our friends.

This is my first time obtaining pet insurance. I've heard some not so positive experiences from Vets and other friends about delays or denial of claims and I have to say, not only did they contact me within 2 business days about my first claim but they've already mailed my check for the entire wellness exam. I have not set up the direct deposit yet but I'm very glad to have that option which I'll take advantage of after writing this review.The only thing that would make this experience more perfect is if the Vets would work directly with insurance companies like Embrace that maintain excellent reviews by their customers!! Getting health insurance for my dog was one of the best decisions I made. My claims are paid quickly and without hassle. I have to say that the service I get with Healthy Paws for my dog is better than the service I get from my own health insurance company. I usually get reimbursed for my claim within a week after filing it. They've even covered acupuncture for my dog after she had Bell's palsy. I highly recommend Healthy Paws.

I have achieved my dreams of adopting a Toy Yorkie. After reviewing the many dog insurance policies out there, I chose Embrace. The ease of submitting her first routine claim was covered at 100% per the annual policy. I immediately received an email acknowledging the receipt of our claim and that they were working on our refund. Approximately a week later, I received a text that my check was on my way for the full amount. Also, I like having the option to have it directly deposited into my checking account. I have insured my dog through Healthy Paws insurance for two and a half years. We have been through giardia, a dog bite, a broken toe and most recently a toe amputation (those are only the ones I remember). Healthy Paws has been consistently wonderful through all my dog's mishaps. The speed in which they process the claim and reimburse is amazing. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who is looking for pet insurance.

I enrolled both my chihuahuas in the Rewards Plus plan and the best part is that I was able to use my insurance right away with no waiting time (for wellness). So far I have gotten back way more than I was expecting. I'm skeptical of pet insurance but Embrace is slowly changing my mind about them. So far my experience has been great. I wish they were a little quicker with the claims but they are relatively fast!

When my dog got hit by a car I submitted the claim from the emergency hospital and the follow-up at our regular vet and was reimbursed very quickly. I also received follow up correspondence asking how my dog was doing, which I thought was a very nice touch.
