I submitted my invoices easily thru my Fetch App. Fetch kept me informed of receipt of claims and progress by e-mail. The claims were paid in a timely manner less the deductible of $350 and 20% per my updated insurance contract.

Delay for mailibng
I mailed my claim in, with all the required data, almost a month ago. I called to check on its status and was told that they hadn't posted it yet. It shouldn't have taken more than two or three days tog get there. They are punishing older people for not being as tech savvy as younger folks who are more familiar with this method. Very poor claims handling.
