Amanda was amazing
Amanda was amazing. Great customer service. We have been with Fetch prior to this. Last year we tried a different pet insurance and was very unhappy with them. That is why we came back to Fetch, even though it’s more expensive, the customer service means a lot to me when dealing with my fur babies!

the reimbursement rate is a joke
the reimbursement rate is a joke. We are paying nearly $300/month or two dogs. and we are getting nothing. we are looking elsewhere. also the new 9.5% increase is a slap in our face when you keep denying our claims.

So thankful!
We were on a 30 day free trial period provided to us by our breeder when we adopted our Pomsky and never expected to actually need to make use of it during the trial, however, with a week left on the policy our puppy decided to swallow a coin within half a second after it was dropped on the floor. We rushed him to the emergency vet and after a $700+ bill later I submitted the claim the following morning (the hospital didn't accept direct pay) and it was approved within 24 hours. The quick and friendly response from all of the customer service agents I spoke to has earned them a customer for life. I chose to stick with Trupanion and continue his policy once his free trial is up. Highly recommend this company!

I’ve been with several pet insurance companies & Spot is the best. They have not refused one claim, either applying them to my deductible or reimbursing me. They are very affordable.
