I have always had this pet insurance for all of my pets :) They have helped me through all of our trying times and difficulty knowing that I could make the best decisions for my dogs to help them. If Only Bath Time Was This Easy—Thanks, Fetch!
If my three dogs could type, they’d be leaving this review themselves (but let’s be honest, they’d probably just drool on the keyboard). Fetch has been a lifesaver for my furry trio, and today Laura and Monica were amazing and so helpful! Both were patient, knowledgeable, and so friendly! Absolute worst customer service, when they can’t help/ don’t know the answer they just hang up. Also deny claims that are explicitly covered under the contract and again just hang up to avoid accountability. Do not buy this insurance.

Great customer service. Easy to use App for claims. The reimbursement time started to slow down over the past year but my last two claim reimbursements were very expeditious! Coverage is great. Now, what can we do about those premium increases?
