Very good communication

I was very pleased with how Embrace communicated with me regarding the claims I submitted recently. They acknowledged receipt, told me when to expect resolution, received additional status updates, an email stating how much each reimbursement would be and when to expect my checks. No complaints!

My cat had a laceration on his front paw

I filed all the papers with Embrace, but they needed more information from my vets, which they pursued and ultimately received. After review, Embrace paid the claim within the promised time frame. I am very pleased with the results. Thank you, Embrace.

THE REAL DEAL

This is our first experience with pet insurance. We used a "wellness plan" at a major vet chain with our last bulldog, and it can't hold a candle to Embrace. They are thorough, they are very communicative, and they are there every step of the way. The claims process is simple and expeditious, and the flexibility offered by the plan in terms of where you can seek treatment is awesome! Couldn't be happier.

great to work with

I submitted a claim for reimbursement for my dog's yearly exam and related testing and vaccinations. I was contacted the next day by Embrace and told that my claim was received and being processed. Then I received an e-mail from Embrace stating that my reimbursement would be deposited into my bank account within the next 3 business days. I received the money in 2 days! Excellent communication and processing time.

I Embrace Embrace

I am glad the vet had info about Embrace. I did not know about pet insurance and from the first time online at the site to my wellness claims everything has been spot on. I am impressed with this company and will tell anyone I know that they need Embrace for their furry children too! Thank you Embrace!

be very careful of "soft exclusions"

Trupanion does not do a lot of outright exclusions but they go back into the vet records since you got the dog and if anything is even remotely related, they will not pay. They told me that all it takes is a letter from my vet to say they are not the same but my stupid vet didn't do that - these were two totally different incidents. So what I cam to realize is that the vet does not necessarily remember plus all the details were not written down and some of it was fabricated i.e. they wrote that I fed my dog boiled hamburger and rice. I have NEVER fed my dogs hamburger - EVER - sick or not - so Trupanion relies on this type of inaccurate information - but I guess they would rather deny a claim as opposed to paying it. Also, it took them two months to process this claim

Embrace Service

I have had my dogs insured with Embrace for the past two years. Service and payment is extremely prompt and just as advertised. I have never had any issues. I couldn't ask for a better insurance. Wish my human insurance was. This prompt and accurate. Love Embrace.

Claim for Spading

Spading for my pet was supposed to be covered. Now I am told that it will not be covered due their interpretation of it being under wellness. I feel this should be covered over and above the wellness. This is just good pet ownership responsibility. I may even look into changing providers.

Thank you

My beloved cat Tut was 18 years old when he passed away. I adopted him when he was about 2. It was truly love at first sight, he always made me laugh and healed me when I was sick. We were best friends and I have a huge hole in my heart since he's been gone. During his life he had several illnesses and I was so glad to have had ASPCA Pet Insurance. They have been wonderful and I highly recommend their services to anyone with a pet. Whenever I needed to call they could not have been nicer. Claims were taken care of in a timely manner and I have nothing but the best things to say about them.
