I researched many insurance companies and decided on Embrace for their coverage. Signing up was easy. Coverages can be tailored made for you needs. I took my 7 week Great Dane pup to her first vet visit the day after I picked her up from the breeder. The insurance forms were simple to use and the staff was very helpful in walking me through the steps this first time. My first paid claimed was for the Wellness plan have been overjoyed with the payment and EOB. I am a very satisfied customer at this time.

Our dog seems to be going from bad to worse. But because we have Embrace Pet Insurance we can afford to take him to one of best veterinarian hospitals in the county. We just put in our second large claim and received payment in a couple weeks. My heart breaks for other pet owners who can't afford high vet bills and have to put their animals down. Whenever anyone I know gets a new pet, I beg them to get pet insurance and specifically recommend Embrace.

I did a lot of research on pet insurance plans and went with Healthy Paws about three years ago. They've been great to work with. Very prompt reimbursement and great customer service. Just recently, After I submitted a claim for my dog, i realized i had never updated my address on the Healthy Paws website. I worried that my check was going to be delayed endlessly. However, once I alerted customer service to the problem they immediately offered to cancel the check and issue another one to my current address. I love the piece of mind that having good pet insurance brings. I don't have to stress about $$ when my dog needs care.

My 5 month-old puppy ate a binder clip and needed stomach surgery to have it removed. It was really hard, but I'm so glad that I didn't have to make decisions based solely on cost because of Healthy Paws. They processed the claim so fast and got everything taken care of the day after they got the claim. The insurance has paid for itself for the year and then some. Plus, they followed up with me via email to check on my pup.

Bills are paid in days, with near immediate email confirmations and clear explanations of coverage and details via PDF attachments. The personal follow-ups to check on the health of our puppy after a vet visit has been incredible. From my experience, Healthy Paws customer care is truly unmatched in the insurance business, and I wish Blue Cross, Anthem, Aetna, and other health insurers for people would look at the Healthy Paws corporate culture and learn from them. I also wish my own health insurance provider was as customer focused and responsive as Healthy Paws. I did a lot of research on which insurer to go with for our puppy, and I am so happy to have selected Healthy Paws. Yes, they really are the best in what they do and how they do it. You will not be disappointed.

Healthy Paws have been our insurance provider for nearly two years and we could'nt be happier. Before choosing this company my husband did some extensive recearch, comparing the different company's available, Hearlthy Paws came out on top. We have a cat, Isabella and a young Belgium Malinois, Ranger, who last year eat a large piece of football, he had to have his stomach cut open, an eight inch incision. Lucky for us he pulled though, and the people at Healthy Paws kept in contact with us though out this whole ordeal. Then just recently he had a growth removed and again I have been receiving emails wishing him good health. Aside for the very prompt payments, in under 10 days... This coverage has paid for itself! We got the insurance with wellness when we got our first dog two years ago. And we added our new dog a few months ago. Filing claims couldn't be easier.
