So thankful for Trupanion
We made sure to feed our young cat high quality food and drink lots of water, but unfortunately he still developed urinary crystals and needed to spend 2 nights in the emergency clinic being treated. We were sent home with lots of medication and a very high vet bill, I was SO thankful that I had Trupanion Insurance to help with this cost! The claim was submitted by the vet's office and the money was deposited into my account a few days later. Seriously, thank you So much for making this process easy and so much less stressful. I've recommended Trupanion to everyone with pets!!

Our Fur Baby is a14 year old chihuahua and we have Trupanion since she was a puppy. Unfortunately, over the years she has had a few expensive medical issues and Trupanion has not let us down. Thank goodness we were smart enough to purchase the pet insurance. Thank you Trupanion. By the way, for anyone reading this, we are not in anyway affiliated with Trupanion, just people who love their fur baby and want to be able to get her the best medical care possible.

Insurance claim
I was not happy regarding my claim. The claim said my dogs xrays were not paid for because he had a pre existing condition. He was being xrayed due to vomiting, and they were searching to see if he had a mega esophagus. THe day after we got the dog, we took him to the vet, because he had vomited the night we got him. The vet said it was just due to stress, and he never vomited until a few months later. The two were not the same issue, so should not have been treated the same.

Happy when you need it.
The vet was very good with her. It was a Saturday so it took a little longer for Trupanion to answer the request but they did and everything worked out fine. Jade has been with Trupanion for five years now and you have always been very good to her. I have told many people about Trupanion.
