Trupanion...well worth it for our pet!
We have just recommended trupanion to friends. Said that the deductible is a sliding scale. Well worth it for a heath issue with our pet that ends up costing more over time.

Great First Claim Experience
Claim was easy to make as it was done at the veterinary office by staff at conclusion of appointment. It only took a couple extra minutes for them to file the claim, which I'm sure is great for clinic staff. I received notice of filed claim from Trupanion and then a week or so later, the results. It showed clearly the amount applied to my deductible for that health issue and everything was easy to follow. Everything was as I expected. Given this is my first time with insurance and my first '�claim'� I was very happy that everything was as they said it would be. No sneaky charges and very transparent on everything.

Enjoying your pet in his senior years.
I am extremely pleased with Trupanion. I make the claim at the vets office after my visit and Trupanion pays the vet directly. No muss no fuss. It's a load off my mind since my senior dog needs lots of tender loving care and many many medications at this point in his life.
