Make life easy!
Signing up with healthypaws was the best decision I've made for my beloved Leia, 2 years old German Shepherd. The curious nature of GS, Leia likes to lick and chew everything she sees interest and causes her to have serious cases of diarrhea. We have to go through fecal tests, blood tests and even X-ray which comes with a high medical cost. Luckily, we have healthy paws which save us a lot for the treatment. Our vet office submit the claim for us and it was reimburse us within 7-10 business days. It was easy and simple. If you love your pets, please have insurance. With my experience, i would recommend healthypaws for your pet anytime.

Their claim to fast reimbursement is a LIE
I submitted a claim on Jan 11th. Had to submit clearer photos and receipt again on the 13th (after I called to confirm status, NO ONE reached out saying I needed anything). Called again on Jan 20th - was given some BS about "Oh we need questions answered about the vet". It's been a week and no one reached out that you needed MORE information? I get a random email on the 24th stating the generic "We are experiencing longer times for claim processing". How much freaking time do you need? You sure aren't delayed in taking your payment every month. I call again today Jan 31st for a status up. They say now the processing times is 30-40 days out. Good grief! A V O I D if you need your money like I do. I'm cancelling my account the moment my claim is finished processing.

Donate to Trupanion, since I have had it for 2 years and they cover nothing.
I have had Trupanion for our Pug's entire life (2 years) at a cost of $86.69/Mo since August 2018 (Total paid $1,560.42). Trupanion accepted only 2 claims and only paid on one ($70.54 out of $1,723.62 filed). Seems like nothing is covered. As poor as there product appears, their employees are responsive and nice.

I'm so glad I have ASPCA pet insurance!
I am very very pleased with ASPCA pet insurance. My vet told me that she used them as the insurer for her dog and I felt that was a good reference :-). I got my dog at 8 weeks - now she is 15 months and have never regretted having the insurance. I LOVE their 24/7 telephone line that you can call if you have any questions about your pet and they even always follow up with a phone call to see how things are.

Good service but not fast
The service is good and the claim process easy, and benefits are paid just as the policy says. My complaint is that it takes nearly 4 weeks to get the benefit amout back.

Trupanion...well worth it for our pet!
We have just recommended trupanion to friends. Said that the deductible is a sliding scale. Well worth it for a heath issue with our pet that ends up costing more over time.
