The follow up on claims is excellent. Never gave pet insurance much thought. My vet as well recommended Embrace, and we are very happy to have insurance for the 2 dogs. I highly recommend Embrace to friends that have recently acquired a new pet or are thinking of getting one.

Pets Best has been great to work with over the past 5 years. When I have made claims in the past, they were always processed quickly and efficiently. Additionally, when I needed to make changes to my policy, the customer service rep was friendly, informed and handled my request with great professionalism!

I purchased ASPCA Insurance for my new Blk Lab Puppy in hope that I would never need. During running exercise he tore his ACL and was operated on in July. I submitted the claim for approximately $4,000.00 dollars and within teo weeks received a check for 3100.00 reimbursement. I can see enough about the customer service and their prompt payment of the claim. If you have a new puppy, get this insurance, I had zero issues with ASPCA, they are great!

We have 2 young boxers who have had a chewing problem like most puppies. Unfortunately for us they also decided to swallow what they were chewing on and each ending up having to full open small bowel surgery with resection due to the foreign objects lacerating their small intestines and causing bleeding.
