We have been with Trupanion back to the days it was Vetinsurance(just over 5 years). This year it completely paid for itself. First in September our dog had a curate ligament surgery and Trupanion was great about covering costs and assisting with ant question I had. It was great because the Care Centre Hospital here in town also allows for direct billing which save you from paying out of your pocket the whole amount. That surgery went really well and she had fully recovered. The end of December our dog had an ear infection Christmas Eve took her in got that treated and then the week after she had strange symptoms that we are still not sure of. It was $1500 on New Year's Eve and then 4 more vet visits after that trying to figure out what was wrong. Good thing Trupanion is so quick with their processing and payments. They are great a notifying on the status of your claim along the way as well. Hopefully we can figure out what the issue is

My dog started to limp one day and it did not improve. After a couple visits to the vet, they realized she had a shoulder injury. The treatment has been expensive and Healthy Paws has been so helpful. Since I signup up several years ago they been amazing. Four points: Their forms are so easy I typically file them right in the vet's office. Within a day or two of filing a claim I receive an email confirmation that the claim has been received. Usually within another one day or two I get a second email telling me the claim has been processed and how much the reimbursement check will be. Several days later, I receive the claim check in the mail. So quick and easy. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone with a pet. They have given me peace of mind when making health care decisions for my dog.

When our 1 year old Frenchie started vomiting blood on Christmas Day, we felt we had no choice but to get him to the Emergency Vet Clinic in our area. Embrace never questioned this decision and paid our claim promptly. Pets really do come first with Embrace, Oliver is fine now, but knowing we have this insurance gives us great peace of mind for Oliver and for our 5 year old Boxer's health care.
