A company that keeps it word
Our yellow lab pup developed a skin ailment that has not been easy to diagnose.Trupanion has been there for Maggie all the way, allowing us to get her the medical treatment she needs to get better.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good insurance company for their pet.

Great communication
I filed a claim after my pug's visit to an emergency clinic. Everyone I spoke or e-mailed with were extremely courteous and pleasant to deal with. The only unpleasant surprise was the refund amount; reading the reviews I had expected more, but I guess that's my mistake, something I missed in the small print..

Embrace Pet Insurance: clearly the best
I am a very satisfied customer of Embrace Pet Insurance. I am impressed with how easy and timely their claims process is. When my dog had an ACL tear they made it clear we could pursue alternative therapies &/or surgery. We have been doing physical therapy, chiropractic and acupuncture and have been seeing steady progress without surgery. This is a really great company, and I highly recommend them to other pet owners, encouraging others to use this company whenever I am asked.

Compassionate Customer Service
I would just like to encourage ALL pet owners to get some form of pet insurance, since vet bills are extremely high these days and from my own experience, it is hard to tell when your pet will need it. My spouse and I were very grateful and thankful for having pet insurance for our beloved Cat, Mobey, who passed away on Feb. 20, 2010. Our Cat did not exhibit any major symptoms of illness for some time, and then the week he did not look so well, he died suddenly under veterinary care of liver failure. I was very pleased with the way PetSecure handled our claim delicately and compassionately, the last thing someone wants to deal with when losing a loved one is deal with an impersonal or indifferent insurance company. I would like to thank PetSecure for their caring and compassionate customer service and processing our claim with such thought and care. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an insurance company with a heart for animals.

excellent - refreshingly pleasant experience
Having dealt with the so-called leader in pet insurance, we were thoroughly impressed with how easy it was to file our first claim with Embrace, how responsive they were and how quickly they processed everything. The amount paid was exactly what we expected - no hidden reductions or benefit caps.

5 year old Multipoo
I have used the insurance for a couple of Maggie's visits and have been very happy with the turn around in payment, but was a little discouraged but the increase in premium and deductable when Maggie turned 5. From $100 to $200 for the deductable seems a bit accessive.

Thank-Goodness
I did get money back once for sure, but my deductibles are so high that it hasn't happened since. And my pets haven't needed veterinary care that costs more than their deductible, thank goodness.

I have been with this company and had three transactions. The first went over great but the second and third a bit different. I have been told on October 11th that my check would arrive via UPSleaving the 11th. I still do not have it, They are not great with recalls. Sorry to say.

So far so good!
We've just purchased pet insurance for our two great danes. We chose Embrace because they are one of the few providers who actually cover hip dysplasia. Our dogs are good and healthy now, but accidents happen, and we wanted the assurance that we wouldn't have to make decisions due to vet costs. Murphy was bitten by a snake last week, and our vet bill was about $60. Embrace just sent me an e-mail that the amount would be applied to our deductible. He has to have a surgery in a couple of weeks that will be between 300-500 dollars to have a lump at the base of his tail removed. We are having the vet fill out a pre-certification form for the surgery. I'll keep everyone posted on how this all goes!
