The experience with Trupanion has been wonderful. Since the day I signed up a year ago, to filing a claim recently and adding another kitty, every time I've called I speak to someone who really cares. The coverage was so easy to set up. The choice and amount of deductable/ or no deductable. I was so pleased with the quickness of re-embursment...90%! Quicker and easier than other kind of insurance issues. I am so thrilled with Trupanion. Anyone with cats or dogs they love should enroll their animals. I advise everyone. Just yesterday when I had car work done, the cashier got one of my speeches.She has English Bull Dogs. I wrote "Trupanion" on the paperwork for my $1000.00 charges. I want everyone to know how Terrific Trupanion is. Thank You! I wish I lived where you folks are located. I'd bring flowers!

My little Snickers came over and wanted to sit on my lap and when I picked her up her whole body was trembling. It would last a couple of minutes with a short break and start again. After a couple of hours I took her to the ER thinking it might be some form of seizures. She was tested and given an anti-bacterial medicine because they thought it was probably an infection and she was trembling from pain. I followed up with her doctor the next day and she continued her on the medicine because they had found puss in her urine. At the end of her treatment she had a culture to make sure the infection was cleared up which it was and she was obviously doing well. I turned in her claims for both emergency and primary doctors and they were paid within a few days. My experience with Pet's Best has been excellent. They were very responsive and when I have questions I call and am always treated with understanding and respect. I recommend them every chance I get.

Well, after having Embrace for a year and a half I finally had to submit a claim. When I picked this insurer it was because of good reviews about the claim process and approval. Everything went according to my expectations. Customer service got working on my claim as soon as I submitted it. There was some delay in the approval but this was my vets fault for delaying with the release of some information. As soon as the information was released from my vet Embrace approved my claim within 24 hours and direct deposited the money into my account. Their CSR did a very good job with keeping me posted about the progress on the claim. I recommend you get the medical history review for your pet. I knew from having my cats medical history review examined by Embrace at the beginning that his illness would be covered, so no surprises there. All in all, I am very glad I chose to go with Embrace and I would recommend you do the same.

This year our 12 year old dog developed glaucoma which caused pressure to build in his eyes resulting in a lot of pain. Our vet recommended a procedure that would reduce the swelling but it would be costly. After the procedure Jackson felt better immediately and Healthy Paws reimbursed us 70% of the cost. We are very grateful for their quick turn-around and support in keeping our pet healthy.

Our little puppy has had so many issues the past year, going from digestive system to poisoning to virus moles, and Healthy Paws has been amazing in each and every situation. We couldn't be happier and would recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who's looking for pet insurance.
