Pets Best process is so streamlined and fast! I have been so impressed with this company in the past and I am even more impressed now! They have made it possible for us to afford to give our beloved greyhound Shadow excellent cancer treatment. He would have been lost to us by now but instead is thriving and happy! My 8 year old rescued greyhound has been diagnosed with osteosarcoma. I was submitting claims for her treatment and need help with the download process. I received payment very promptly which then paid for Hailey's next treatment. So far, Hailey is doing well. The cancer was caught in a very early stage as an incidental finding on an x-ray of her other front leg. She had no symptoms yet. We are hoping to extend her life with no pain. I know it is not curable, but the cancer was found before it usually is. So far, her blood work has come out perfect before each treatment. She has completed 3 of 6 potential treatments.

In researching pet insurance options, I read a recent article featuring Embrace and co-owner Laura Bennett in "Fresh Water Cleveland" an e-magazine. The article was about new, successful businesses in the Cleveland area. The article was very impressive and it was refreshing to know that there was a local company that in it's first few years of existence was growing rapidly and compared quite favorably to some of the more established pet insurance companies. The unique Embrace products ultimately convinced me that they were the better choice for us offering a Wellness program along with Accident and Illness and each with fair and flexible options. We have been with Embrace for less than a month but already we are seeing prompt responses to our claims and have been reimbursed for all of our Wellness claims to date. We look forward to a long relationship and wish Embrace much success in the years to come.

We have had Petshealth Care Plan for over 15 years for two dogs (unfortunately, not the same dogs). They pay promptly and according to policy. They do not drop a dog once it reaches 10 years old like some policies do. This year, I was switched to the extended care version which I am extremely please with as it gives me peace of mind. One dog had a thyroid problem for life that this option would have covered.

I've had this insurance company for the 2 years I've had my dog and could not be happier with them! They stick to their policy by the T and I love that. You know what's covered and what isn't. They process claims in a 2 weeks avg although they're "time frame" is 30 days. I've submitted claims both years and both years they've paid without any headaches. Their premiums are some of the lowest out there.

I can not say enough about Healthy Pets. They are truly the best. My dog Tikva had a tumor removed leaving a bill to me of $550. Healthy Pets took care of almost the whole bill as I had met my deductible and was now covered 90/10. This was great, but even better was the follow up emails from them ensuring Tikva was ok. These were not computer generated emails, but emails from people who genuinely care. Maybe someday people insurance will take a hint from Healthy Pets on how to truly be a partner in the health of the patient. To make things even better, I submitted my claim on line in about 5 minutes and the claim was processed the same day with a reimbursement check sent out the next day.THANK YOU Healthy Pets. A 10 out of 10 rating for sure!

The experience with Trupanion has been wonderful. Since the day I signed up a year ago, to filing a claim recently and adding another kitty, every time I've called I speak to someone who really cares. The coverage was so easy to set up. The choice and amount of deductable/ or no deductable. I was so pleased with the quickness of re-embursment...90%! Quicker and easier than other kind of insurance issues. I am so thrilled with Trupanion. Anyone with cats or dogs they love should enroll their animals. I advise everyone. Just yesterday when I had car work done, the cashier got one of my speeches.She has English Bull Dogs. I wrote "Trupanion" on the paperwork for my $1000.00 charges. I want everyone to know how Terrific Trupanion is. Thank You! I wish I lived where you folks are located. I'd bring flowers!
