Don't know where me and my puppy would be without HealthyPaws insurance. They were very responsive throughout the whole process and ended up reimbursing me over $35,000 for an unexpected leptospirosis case where Bo had to get dialysis and a blood transfusion. They were very responsive when I had questions about claims that came in and were timely in the payouts as well. Couldn't recommend the service more, I believe this is one of the only companies that has a no-cap policy, which is was very important in my case. Thank you HealthyPaws!

Upset Tummy!
It's never good when your dog, who usually once he's gone to be stays there, wakes you trying to vomit in your bedroom doorway. However, he did, and 2 more times in the house. Grass was present, and he landed in the Emergency Vet trying to rule out a partial obstruction, or whatever it was. Turned out after x-rays, labs, more x-rays, ultrasound, IV hydration, oral inspection (it's all in a different order), they did decide it was gastroenteritis. WHEW! I can say, at least we are still under the 2019-2020 premium, and renewed for 2020-2021. Love Nationwide!

Efficient and Pro-Active
Trupanion was recommended to us by our vet, so we immediately signed up when our golden retrievers were puppies. Our 2 year old hurt her shoulder at the dog park, and had to have some surgery. Trupanion answered all our questions and were polite and helpful. They also efficiently kept us in the loop, and sent our insurance check in a very timely manner. We have heard from pet owners that other pet insurance was insufficient with poor coverage. I highly recommend Trupanion to all my fellow pet owners.

Do not deal with this company
Mailed an accumulative amount of receipts that they claim they didn’t get, apparently their is a 6 month window in which you can claim. Rates increased as u used the insurance....go with a company that is more transparent...all they want is your money

Great Turn Around Time!
The last few claims that I have submitted have been reviewed approved and payment sent in a very short amount of time. I truly appreciate that since I have waited over 45 days with other insurance that I have used.

Using Nationwide was easy and the refund from my claim was quick!
The first amount from my claim that came through was incorrect, however, I called customer service and got a very friendly rep that re-submitted my claim again because the items that should have been covered were not processed and it got remedied right away. Overall a very smooth and easy process for my claim.
