My doggie injured his back right leg. I took him to his vet who recommended an exam, x-rays and meds. after all was said and done I received the bill. I submitted the bill to Spot and just in a couple of days I received payment in my bank account. They paid exactly what they said they would and showed it in detailed.

Customer service is excellent
The staff in customer service are excellent and caring. Only reason didn’t give 5 stars is because my monthly premium increased over $100 in a single year. My dog’s insurance is now more expensive than my own. But I will obviously pay for it because he’s worth it. But just feels like insurance companies know this and will take more than they need from pet parents.
