Denied claim was re-evaluated and paid
I submitted a claim that clearly stated the reason was Ear infection. Someone decided it was Environmental Allergy and denied it. I chatted online and he said send SOAP notes, which I did. Denied again and, per phone call, now they say it was denied due to a Preexisting condition. I've had insurance with them for more than a year. Are they saying she's had an ear infection that long? Really? Now I have to jump through hoops to appeal?? Unbelievable!! UPDATE: With the assistance of a very nice Customer Experience Rep, we were able to resolve this situation and the claim was paid.

Long time Embrace Pet Insurance Subscribers
We have been with Embrace Pet Insurance for years. They have always paid quickly and been a godsend when our dog developed a cancerous tumor (adenocarcinoma). Paid to the maximum when he had radiation treatment. He is doing great! This visit wasn't for cancer, but a different issue and I don't expect any problems!

We will be stopping our insurance. The copay is $250 and our rates for the dogs have doubled. Financially it just doesn’t make sense.

Fast Response Time On Claims
Best decision we made by choosing Pumpkin. So far every claim we’ve submitted was handled quickly and with ease. Our cat needed hospitalization for the first time and Pumpkin had my claims approved within minutes. Definitely recommend Pumpkin to anyone.
