Trupanion has been better than any medical company for people!!!!!I wish my personal insurance worked as well! We would have never been able to afford our puppy's hip surgeries, which were diagnosed before a year old. My puppy's Orthopedic surgeon was shocked at first how Trupanion even paid the claim, and second, how quickly they paid the claim. Every claim we made has been processed within a few days and usually by the next day.

My little ruby girlfriend was diagnosed with mast cell cancer. After her surgery, hospital stay and all the care that she received, she is a survivor, cancer free.And I am so very happy about her recovery. And very happy about the way pets best insurance not only helped me with the claim, but had the most comforting words when i asked for there help. The representatives are sensitive, caring and really listen to you. I cant say enough kind words abut pets best they are truly the best.

They are always quick at processing and they cover most health issues. AND, they call and check up on how your pet is doing! I've tried other pet insurance and now only use ASPCA.

Our Chocolate Lab had a torn ACL. Thanks to having Embrace Insurance on our little girl we knew everything would be ok. The operation was going to cost $4200.00 and with our policy we were able to just book her surgery so she would no longer be in pain. The payment from Embrace came even before our first follow-up appointment. Keep up the good work. Embrace takes a large portion of the stress away.

This was the first time I had to use our policy and expected to take some time before we heard anything. However, I was extremely and pleasantly surprised when one week after I had mailed my forms and paper work I received an email advising me that the payment was on it's way. Great and timely service.

I am very impressed with Trupanion. When we first adopted our Yorkie, Tiny, 3.5 years ago, he came with a month of free insurance. Within a month we noticed a tiny was having problems with his hip. The breeder offered to take him back and send us a new puppy, but we were too attached after just one month. We continued to keep the Trupanion coverage and within the first six months receive the benefit of over $1800 towards surgery cost. There was never any questions or problems. Just recently our little boy had seizures so we had to take him to the vet - after $300 in bloodwork we have an answer. He'll be okay. Our vet submitted the paperwork to Trupanion at noon yesterday and by 8pm I had confirmation of payment! That is first class treatment!!
