Excellent, reliable service

My now 9 year old Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Tasha has been insured with Embrace for 2.5 years. We previously had a couple of minor claims. All were handled by Embrace in a very satisfying manner. A month ago, Tasha ruptured her left ACL and underwent tight rope surgery to repair the ligament a week later. Again, Embrace handled my claim of about $4,400 (minus $500 deductible and 10% co-pay)in a timely manner. I love their reliable and hassle-free service.

Excellent coverage as usual

Kate was due her annual shots and some meds. The claim was handled quickly and the check arrived in a timely manner. Getting Embrace insurance was one of the most sensible things I have ever done.

Acute Renal Failure

Trupanion is an amazing pet insurance provider, I am very happy that we decided to go with Trupanion instead of other providers for the simple facts. Affordable rates, 90% coverage, No deductible and most of all simple claim forms that we were able to fax in and receive reimbursement within about 10 days. A+ rating Thank you Trupanion.

Healthy Paws, The Best!!

Our one year old lab underwent abdominal surgery due to a possible foreign body obstruction. After 2 visits, xrays and ultrasounds it was determined that she needed the surgery. Turns out she had ingested the small head of a stuffed dog toy which had become lodged in the small intestine. She did very well and was home the following night after the surgery. I nearly required CPR after seeing the costs for the visits, the surgery, tests and associated fees. Healthy Paws was amazing!! Claims were processed immediately and in less than 2 weeks I had the reimbursement checks in hand. I paid my $250.00 deductible and the office visit fee and the rest was reimbursed at 90% as per my policy. If only our health care plans could be so efficient and straight forward. The customer service staff is caring and genuine. Always inquiring about the status of our dog. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws. We used another insurance company for our other dogs in the past and there were always exclusions and hidden surprises that were not covered. Thank you to Healthy Paws for making a very sad and scary situation much less of a financial burden than we had originally thought.

Top Notch

My Aussie had a bowel obstruction that required iV's and hospitalization. Did I mention this happened on Labor Day? Healthy Paws called me that day to help me & they paid my claim quickly. Also asked how Bailey was doing one week later. Bravo!

Best insurance EVER!!!

Having been a pet owner my whole life, I know the unexpected happens and when it does it is expensive! So when we got our little Havanese puppy, Riley, I checked into pet insurance. After researching thoroughly all the big companies I stumbled upon Healthy Paws and I'm so glad I did! So many companies have various limits and exclusions so their policy is hard to fully grasp. I loved that Healthy Paws policy was up front, low premiums with no incident or lifetime limits. In two weeks time my now 10 month old puppy had to be seen 5 times for two different events. All of the claims went smoothly, reimbursement has been fast, and all the representatives have been extremely helpful. It is such a relief to know that I can now afford to give my baby the quality care that he deserves without worrying about the bottom line.

Lifetime customer!!

This company is not only extremely efficient at getting claims processed and mailing the reimbursement checks quickly but they have an outstanding customer service team. They wrote a personalized email checking on my dog and asked me to give him a hug for them. I was extremely impressed by this as most large companies send automated impersonal emails. My dog had major surgery within 3 months of having the policy and I was so nervous that there would be red tape to go through to get the reimbursement check. Much to my relief I had an email within an hour saying the claim was processed and the check was on the way.

Emrace Rocks!

What I like best is the consistent communication they keep during the process. I have only had one interaction with them so far, and so far, so good. I investigated prior to purchasing, and they were the most highly rated.

Excellent Service

Our 4 1/2 month old puppy was in the back yard and sustained a laceration to his paw. We took him to the vet on Sunday, on Monday they stitched him up, and on Saturday we received a reimbursement check from Healthy Paws. Not knowing if we had cleared the 15 day waiting period we called to speak with a representative. The representative was very helpful and informed us that we were covered and to have our veterinarian submit the claim form. The final touch was when we received an e-mail from the Claims Manager to inquire how our puppy was doing. The level of service we received from Healthy Paws exceeded our expectations.

Be very careful to enroll

For the first claim I get different emails said I have nothing to do. After 18 days I found out they are still waiting doctor's note. I called vet to sent out all note to them. They denied my claim said due to pre existing condition. I have a 5 months old puppy who never had skin condition prior to waiting period. If they think skin condition was related to an urine tract infection, what you can do? I will cancel my policy today.
