I recently got a new puppy and after lots of research, I decided to enroll him with Embrace. I took him for a wellness check with my vet very soon after I got him. Embrace service has been prompt, professional and friendly. I am looking forward to keeping my new family member healthy for years to come.

I have read many reviews on insurance company's and I'm soo happy to have chosen trupanion. Since the day I did my first claim they have been nothing but nice. They handled my claim quickly and made sure that my dog is ok. My one yr lab mix needs hip replacement surgery and I sent in a pre approval claim and they approved us 2days later. Thanks to them my baby will be able to walk and run normally again. They were fast with reimbursement for his X-ray claims that I had to put in. They returned calls fast and stuck to their word. I highly recommend this insurance. They are the nicest And most caring people. If only we had human insurance like them. Thank you trupanion!!

Embrace has been absolutely fabulous in paying claims for our pup who suffers with severe hip dysplasia and receives physical therapy. I couldn't be happier with Embrace, they provide coverage for a very expensive illness without hassle. I have highly recommend Embrace and continue too.

I just recently experienced a truly traumatic situation in which my 3 year old pup was diagnosed with kidney failure and required extended hospitalization in order for her to survive. The folks at Embrace were very sympathetic and kind and processed my claims extremely quickly - no questions asked. They also took the time to answer any and all questions and kept me informed of when my claims were received and processed all along the way. Embrace is a shining example of what all companies should aspire to. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Embrace to any pet owner.

Disappointing past experience with another pet insurance company left me somewhat hesitant to try Embrace, but I am very impressed. A nasty laceration suffered by one of my Danes required two separate surgeries to successfully close. My claim was handled in a most professional, yet compassionate manner and checks were issued in a timely fashion. I am also especially pleased Embrace offers coverage of alternative therapies and treatments. I believe this is one of the better, perhaps the best companies for pet insurance.

I debated for a while before buying insurance for my dog. I finally took the plunge when my friend's dog became sick. They are patient with my questions, quick to settle my claims and follow up to make sure everything is fine. This is my 2nd year with Embrace and I could not be happier.

When I fax a claim into Trupanion, the response time is very fast. You receive an email within a week acknowledging the receipt of your claim and then within another week or two, you receive a confirmation of payment and the money is transferred directly into your bank account. If there are any issues or questions, they get back to you immediately. I have always found them very professional and competent. They excel in customer service.

Submitted the claim by fax on a Saturday and it was reviewed and processed by Wednesday....4 days! Awesome!
