We have had Embrace Pet Insurance for 8 years now and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. We have claimed big claims each and every year and have never had any issues putting a claim through. Just two weeks ago my dog tore her ACL and had a $3K surgery. It was so nice knowing we didn't have to stress about the cost knowing we had insurance to back us up. Seriously the best and they will cover congenital conditions that other companies like VPI will not.

Thanks to Trupanion I have my boy at home and back to himself for as long as he has left. The value of their service is truly priceless.

I have been a Customer with Embrace for a little over 2 years and I have received my reimbursement every-single-time! I recommend to anyone and everyone that Embrace Pet Insurance is a must-have. Atlas, was sick in the month of April and received different bills with a total of $1.000 bill. Embrace reimburse 80% back to my account in a timely manner.

The online system makes submitting a claim very easy. Healthy Paws was very quick to service the claim and we received reimbursement in about a week. The last thing you want to worry about when your pet is recovering is having trouble with the claim and Healthy Paws removed any of that concern. No hidden loopholes or outs for the company. Would highly recommend.

They fed and hydrated him intravenously for almost 2 days, and when I took him home, he finally started eating again. When I filed the claim, of course I couldn't find his complete records; once they were complete, I got a check in less than a week. Given that delay, I am now hunting down the records of my other animals just in case.
