No pleased
I have had insurance on my dog since 2016 and made only two claims prior. Definitely not in agreement with the way TruPanion worded this most recent claim. It appears TruPanion is seeking a way to avoid a valid claim per my coverage.Also not pleased with the way you send invoices that note what was paid and what was no covered. Need to do so line by line per bill from veterinarian so owners can understand.
