She was super caring and didn’t judge. Her comment at the end about “giving Jessie extra pets” made my heart melt a little. I’ve been with you guys for almost 4 years and you’ve helped me through my darkest times when Jess was sick and you have no idea how much that means to me.

I choose the 10 because I believe everyone who can afford this kind of insurance should have it. Trupanion has covered almost everything for Kacie except for consultations with the vets themselves. Your CSRs have always be ready and willing to help in everyway. It is comforting to know most of her care is covered as I would not have been able to afford what you have covered so far. At this point I think it's been over $13,000 between the 24 hr. Emergency weekend care and the 5 days of 24 hour emergency care afterwards in another facility. Plus all the quarterly testing and daily drugs she needs to be on for the rest of her life. Thank you for being there.
