I choose the 10 because I believe everyone who can afford this kind of insurance should have it. Trupanion has covered almost everything for Kacie except for consultations with the vets themselves. Your CSRs have always be ready and willing to help in everyway. It is comforting to know most of her care is covered as I would not have been able to afford what you have covered so far. At this point I think it's been over $13,000 between the 24 hr. Emergency weekend care and the 5 days of 24 hour emergency care afterwards in another facility. Plus all the quarterly testing and daily drugs she needs to be on for the rest of her life. Thank you for being there.

Highly recommended and I also spoke to my Vet that we were extremely happy that we invested in this Health Insurance for our dog Brody. Any interaction with a Trupanion employee has been refreshingly pleasant. A+ for their customer service staff.

I’m always pleasantly surprised .
I’m always pleasantly surprised ... they always follows through... and calling Trupanion is one company where there’s usually SO much responsiveness (often exceeding my expectations?!) with every phonecall! the guy who I spoke with here helped with like 2-3 additional things beyond what I thought he could ... instead of pushing me off onto another irretrievable side of the company/another separate phonecall or transfer. And this is coming from a person w horrific LYme disease so I’m often CRANKy, esp dealing w migraines + companies over the phone!! And mostly theyve j assisted my cats financially SO intensely so many times (including twice for total charges well over $10K—when my first kitty had FIP and again when my Phat Gurl survived cancer in 2016 and needed surgery + 30 days of radiation treatment). I will never forget the feeling when Bunny Boo first needed those treatments and I actually opened a check in the mail that was over $5,000 reimbursing the charges. ?? Ill be w Trupanion for life assuming they never change their MO!

I’m also trying hard to get one piece of information for Trupanion and it’s taking me phone calls and time and it’s making me wonder about how I can get the info. I have two dogs and one is on Dasquin. Trupanion needs her name on an invoice and Chewy doesn’t do it that way for non prescriptive items so it seems maybe Trupanion needs to call Chewy to request this info and it could assist others the next time it comes up. Could be a simple question on invoice... who is product for....
