I’m always pleasantly surprised .

I’m always pleasantly surprised ... they always follows through... and calling Trupanion is one company where there’s usually SO much responsiveness (often exceeding my expectations?!) with every phonecall! the guy who I spoke with here helped with like 2-3 additional things beyond what I thought he could ... instead of pushing me off onto another irretrievable side of the company/another separate phonecall or transfer. And this is coming from a person w horrific LYme disease so I’m often CRANKy, esp dealing w migraines + companies over the phone!! And mostly theyve j assisted my cats financially SO intensely so many times (including twice for total charges well over $10K—when my first kitty had FIP and again when my Phat Gurl survived cancer in 2016 and needed surgery + 30 days of radiation treatment). I will never forget the feeling when Bunny Boo first needed those treatments and I actually opened a check in the mail that was over $5,000 reimbursing the charges. ?? Ill be w Trupanion for life assuming they never change their MO!

I’m working my mind to figure out if it’s worth the cost.

I’m working my mind to figure out if it’s worth the cost. I’m also trying hard to get one piece of information for Trupanion and it’s taking me phone calls and time and it’s making me wonder about how I can get the info. I have two dogs and one is on Dasquin. Trupanion needs her name on an invoice and Chewy doesn’t do it that way for non prescriptive items so it seems maybe Trupanion needs to call Chewy to request this info and it could assist others the next time it comes up. Could be a simple question on invoice... who is product for....
