Our 8 year old Caviler King Charles spaniel needed a cardiogram to check his heart murmur. If it wasn't for Trupanion, we never would have been able to afford to have the test done. The people at Trupanion were so very helpful and caring. They are t me all the forms I needed and listened to me as I vented my tale of woe about my baby. The check came to me before I even got the bill from my credit card company. I highly recommend Trupanion to all of my friends and even strangers I meet on the street. Without their coverage, we would never be able to give our dogs the care they need and deserve!

Once we submitted the claim, Trupanion started on our claim that day. The only hold up was getting medical records from the vet. After the records were received we received our check within a week. Trupanion covered everything the policy said it would cover. Without having this insurance, things may have turned out different with our puppy.

The claim process couldn't be easier. I was more impressed with a personalized email they sent checking in on our puppy to ensure he was mending well after his accidents. Choosing Healthy Paws has been a great decision and I recommend them to everyone.

When i took out pet insurance, I never thought I'd be neefing it three months later! One of my dogs swallowed a piece if toy and needed immediate surgery. The peace of mind knowing that whatever tests needed to be done, the surgery and post op would be covered under insurance was comforting. My lab mix Zoe developed a rare tumor on her anus. I thought it was from scooting at first & then had her anal glands expressed. The vet found the tumor & removed it in a timely fashion before it could develop into anything more serious.
