Rescued my new best friend Perry about a year ago and decided I should probably get some pet insurance. Researched several different insurance companies and decided on Healthy Paws. It was a great choice. Poor Perry who had a rough start in life had a couple of medical "bumps in the road". Healthy Paws was there to provide us help when we needed it. Filing a claim is super easy and can even be done from your phone. Services were prompt and friendly and reimbursement checks were in the mailbox within a week or so.... Have only positive feedback about this company and will and have recommended it to my friends and family.

Healthy Paws Insurance has been terrific to have for our furry boy Houston. They are quick to respond with any claims. I feel it is the best insurance coverage anyone can have for their pets.

I am so pleased with all aspects of Pets Best Insurance. On all fronts I have been so pleased. Claims are quick, reps. Very nice and helpful. Unfortunately my dog has had issues and this insurance has offset the costs A Lot ! P.S Five years ago when my dog was a pup I asked the vet. To recommend an insurance as I didn't have the time to read through all the others. Am I glad I went with Pets Best. Honestly I could not be more pleased!

I was not sure what to expect when I enrolled both of my dogs with Pet insurance. I was told by a family member that Pets Best was the agency to go with. They were fast, efficient, personable, and got your claims processed in a timely manner. What a surprise! It was stressful enough to take my dog to the vet for an accidental illness but to work with a company that is so efficient and gets the job done was a breath of fresh air. I received an email the very next day of faxing my claim which noted that my claim was being processed and that a refund would be issued in 10 days. However, this claim took less than a week to process and my refund is on the way in 5-7 days. I would recommend signing up for direct deposit which I will do. Pets Best is amazing and they get the job done. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for Pet insurance. I am greatly satisfied with the service!

Took my cat Andy to the emergency vets, and they did many tests on him and kept him overnight to due a utrasound the next day. They found that he had pancreatitis. Of course, the bill was high, but i kept saying in the back of my mind, thank God, I had insurance. I filed a claim and in 4 days the claim was accepted. Never in my life had I had such a pleasant experience with a insurance company. Thank you for the fast service in this time of worrying about the health of my baby. I will be telling all my friends and family about this wonderful company
