Our claim was submitted directly from our vet. Allowing us to focus on our dog & getting her home after a day long surgery. Was so reassuring to get an email confirmation of the claim followed by a reconciliation a few days later. Was so nice to not worry about this aspect of our dogs health care. Thnx for making it seamless to file a claim & be reimbursed.
