I love TRUPANION I have been using them for over 11 years when my oldest boy got kidney disease they were prompt and reimbursement and they even told me to go back to the vet and get all my receipts for when he was diagnosed with dry I had just been paying for the meds they reimbursed me for that after I met my deductible so now I have my other boy on there I highly recommend this company

I never had to use the insurance for Willow until Yesterday and I couldn’t believe how fast Beth reacted. I had just called the insurance before I took Willow and before it was time to get Willow into the vets, all communication with the insurance & vets was all done and I was pre-approved. It was amazing how fast it all happened! I certainly recommend them 100%.

Called customer service to inquire why our policy went up 12% in one year. Our dog isn’t even old and yet we had a big price increase. Was on hold for 30 minutes and gave up. Can’t imagine if we would’ve had an emergency. Will be looking for some another company. Waste of time!!!!

Caring for a pet with cancer
Pet Partners is truly the best pet insurer you can find. Our Cairn Puppy Mill Rescue girl was recently diagnosed with cancer and we have and will continue to incur significant expenses for her care. Pet Partners has been compassionate, transparent, highly responsive, and true to their word. Each claim was completed and reimbursed within a week of submission. Knowing they will be there to help us through this difficult time is an enormous comfort and will enable us to give her the best possible chance at survival. I've had policies with two other insurers in the past. In the few instances where I had to submit claims, they were always challenged or denied on the first attempt, required additional information, and took months to resolve. I felt their cumbersome procedures were intentionally designed so that claimants would give up and not pursue reimbursement.
