Excellent Coverage, not an ounce of trouble!

Im surprised to see negative comments. We have had zero problems with this insurance company. Our Golden has gone thru 3 surgeries, and is on his 4th at the present time--All different problems and not a hint of a problem from the company. All of our claims have been processed in a timely manner, and we have been paid back exactly as the policy states.... Not a cent less. We have the 90% coverage, which in my opinion is the only way to go. To me it makes no sense to take any lesser coverage. Anyway, I and my family and "Jake" are very happy !! Heartbreaking Injury- Greatful for Embrace

My 6 year old lab suffered an FCE-- in short, its a blood clot in the spine which causes paralysis- hoping and praying its temporary as the doctors say- but it has been devastating to see my baby not be able to walk or use the bathroom on his own. What also could have been devastating- is the Vet bills. The accident happened on a Sunday so he went from the Emergency Animal Hospital, to the neurology floor of Penn Veterinary Hospital, check-ups back with home vet when he was discharged, and now weeks ahead of physical therapy. I got Bauer pet insurance after a prior surgery a few years ago and am so relieved I did. Embrace processed the claim quickly and each person I spoke with on the phone expressed genuine concern for Bauer and his recovery!

Tech Speed with Old Time Values

Say "Insurance Company" and people's eyes either glaze over with boredom or turn hard with anger. Whether property and casualty or health and financial services, the industry has become a nightmare of phone trees, impersonal service, and neglect. EMBRACE is the happy exception - they have managed to breed the speed of service that technology brings with actual caring people and a sense that you (and your pet) are valued. Every time I've called or submitted a claim the service has been prompt, courteous, and even better, I got suggestions on how to make the process easier! I have a rare breed puppy and am probably more vigilant than many when it comes to getting the best service I can for the money. I'm very happy with Embrace and would gladly recommend it to others.

Trupanion was there for us! Thank you

A few months ago, I was at our Vets office for our 2 year old cattle dog, Ares. Our Vet asked us if we ever thought about having pet insurance on Ares. I had thought about it, but was still searching for more pet ins info. The Vet said that they had info on a different type of pet ins (basically for accidents, illnesses, etc). The Vet told me a story about a pet owner who had a bill of $27,000 ( yes, I am confirming the $27,000) and yes, Trupanion was there to saved the day. Anyway, he gave me a form with Trupanion's number to call, and that they would insure Ares for 1 month free of charge with a $250 deductible. I called Trupanion. Spoke to a wonderful young lady named Emilie. She was great, answered all my questions and concerns. In the meanwhile, I had told Emilie that we were looking into getting a new puppy, same breed and may be interested in insuring both dogs. So at the end of the 30 days trial for Ares, I called back and spoke with Emilie and decided to take out the policies on both dogs. Emilie asked me if I wanted the 30 days free trial for the new puppy, named Jillaroo. I declined and said go ahead and insure both now. She did. I asked for a $300 deductible. Emilie said, that Jillaroo would not be insured for illnesses for (30 days, and accidents (5 days). Eleven days later we were headed to the ER for Jillaroo (10weeks old). She had swallowed a teething puppy (edible) biscuit and instead of chewing on it like she did 2 nights before, she decided to swallow

Provided excellent service

My lab had a distended stomach and had to be rushed to the vet hospital. Brought him home after 2 days as good as ever, along with a $1500 bill. Trupanion was quick in getting all the required information and after the deductibles, provided us with a check covering the bulk of the bill. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to others. Now I just want to see if my payments go up. If not, I'll be totally impressed and will let you know. Right now I'll give them an 8 and if the monthly payments stay the same I'll give them a 10.

The handling of my claim

The staff at trupanion was great, they offered comfort and they were truly concern about the well being of my dog. My claim was handled with utmost importance. Thank you to the staff. Dash is doing well.

Compassionate & Outstanding Customer Service

Jennifer Doering Embrace rep is another team member at Embrace who has stepped up and given us tremendous and timely and appropriate and kind service. We had not had pet insurance before Embrace with our Newfoundland Ella, I'd like to share with you the review I wrote for Smoketown Vet Hospital for which Embrace was a big part as you walked alongside us the whole way to take care of Ella. "Barb and I own Ella a year and eight month old Newfoundland. She began to hobble and limp in pain after running and playing when she was a little over a year old. We found out from Dr. Gayle Jaeger at Smoketown that she had to have shoulder OCD surgery on both of her front shoulders. Dr Jaeger and the team, everyone, at Smoketown Vet did an incredible job. Dr. Jaeger was wonderful, understanding, kind to Ella, professional, skilled, patient and a great surgeon based on the awesome results. Ella now runs and swims - she's a Newfie! she swims and swims and swims and swims! and plays and chases and now at full speed and with great ease. We're looking forward to years and years of great companionship and activity. The care and friendliness and skilled and persistently achieving rehabilitation team headed up by Dr. Sarah Urban was fantastic - Ella was excited to go there every time it was rehab day - they treated Ella like a star - and even sent home a silly picture of Ella just because they were enjoying spending time helping her recover. no problems

I have had 24 Pet watch for over 10 years. They have been consistently easy to deal with and have always been responsive. They do have limits, but I have felt that they are reasonable. They have been quick to reimburse and are great in the area of communication
