She sent me the form I needed to complete which helped expedite the process. She even said she hoped our young dog, who had been quite ill, was recovering well. I felt cared about and the experience of that call was very positive.

I cannot say enough how grateful I was to have insurance with Embrace. In the final month or two of my puppy’s life, she racked up about $3000 in various vet bills. Embrace paid every single claim just as I expected them to according to the policy terms I had. After paying the last one, the claim adjuster who handled most of the claims expressed her condolences in the EOB and closed my policy so I wouldn’t be billed anymore. I wrote her an email thanking her, she emailed me back, and I even received a handwritten card in the mail from her and Embrace. I never wanted to need Embrace but I’m sure glad they were there. If you’re comparing pet insurance providers, you won’t regret going with Embrace.
