Trupanion insurance to the rescue!
Bert has been losing weight and was seen 3x by his family vet. After his 3 yr old shots he became lethargic and started having seizures, I needed to take him to the ER Vet and he had to stay a few days. They were able to diagnose him but it took many tests and medications and the bills were over 6 thousand dollars. Good thing I have a doggie AMEX card. After he was back home and stable I completed the online form and was paid in less than a week. This is the first time I have had dog insurance for my guys and I am impressed. It does not cover the regular vet exams but when you have a true emergency, it is great coverage.

Trupanion is the best!
Every time I have had to make a claim, Trupanion is right there, promptly. It had been awhile (thankfully) that I had to place a claim. But when I did, they reviewed our submissions and I think the money was in our checking account within 1-2 days. They are professional, timely, and efficient. I love them and an so glad they are there for us if needed. I have referred so many people to them. I am a walking commercial!
