We've had 2 little dogs (Maltese and Yorkie) for 10 years. No insurance and periodically some high vet bills. My neighbor recommended Trupanion so we bought 2 policies. Shortly thereafter, unfortunately,our maltese developed congestive heart failure. This has required multiple trips to the vet hospital and follow up visits to her vet. Trupanion has been a life saver, financially and otherwise, a true comfort and a "no hazzle" insurer. Bills have been promply processsed snd reimbursed. We've been truly surprised how smooth the experience has been...A lot easier and smoother than our health insurers have been in the past!! A definite A plus provider..

I am very happy I chose Embrace...They gave me the ability to put my dog first, and my bank account second. Their claim procedure is easy and fast. Just fax your receipt and your check will arrive in a few days. Also, their wellness plan has no restrictions or limits on how much you can spend for specific care. I paid $128.15 for my dog's routine care, faxed it to them, and after few days I got my check worth $128.15 on the mail! Thank you embrace! I couldn't be more happier.

Embrace is so easy to deal with. Their coverage for both Wellness and Accident are fantastic. Unfortunately we got to find out how it all worked early on when our new 3 month old puppy broke her leg. Thousands of dollars later (paid by Embrace, not us) we could not be more satisfied. I even submitted claims with mistakes (mixing wellness and accident together), they simply fixed it for me and sent a note saying they took care of dividing the claims into 2 and I would see both reimbursements show up in my account in a few days. AMAZING AND AWESOME. Great product and Great customer service!

I wouldn't own a pet without having insurance. It gives me the piece of mind knowing that I can do what ever I need to do to keep everyone happy and healthy. We made a claim and within a period of 2 weeks, we received our reimbursement checks. The company was super easy to deal with and they were very fast! There was no hassle or hoops to jump through. This pet insurance is better than my medical insurance!

No matter how I talk about Healthy Paws, I end up sounding like a cheesy commercial, but by the looks of other people's responses, Healthy Paws really is that good. My husband and I both grew up with very expensive dogs (read: they got in a LOT of accidents) so when we got our vizsla puppy, we knew we wanted insurance. And, boy are we glad we got it, because recently our little puppy swallowed a peach pit that required emergency surgery. Normally the price tag on the surgery would have caused some serious pull back from me, but knowing that we had high coverage through Healthy Paws. They did a fabulous job getting our claim sorted out, making sure we had all the right paperwork, and then we received our reimbursement check very quickly. The customer support team is also amazing,I even got an email asking me about how my dog was doing, which is so nice of them.

There are plenty of other reviews that say this, but Healthy Paws is compassionate, hassle-free, and truly amazing to work with. You buy insurance for the peace of mind it gives you--so that you know if something happens and your best friend really needs veterinary care, you will never have to check your bank account before you take them in. My healthy, happy doggie has had a recent streak of expensive veterinary needs, and Healthy Paws has been there for us just like we thought they would be, no ifs ands or buts, no arbitrary limitations. Whether or not we used the insurance (and we hope we won't need to anymore), Healthy Paws would be worth every penny just so they could continue offering this service to other pet parents in need.
