Good monthly investment
We have had trupanion since adopting our pup 3 years ago. Two weeks ago, he had a fall and injured his back. He needed emergency surgery as well as special treatment to make sure he would still be able to walk. Knowing I had insurance for him made it very easy to proceed with surgery. The claim was processed quickly, and I received the funds almost the same day I received notice of the completion. Well worth the monthly investment to protect a furry family member

Directed too employee, Allison. Our pup got loose and took off. only tag on him was Trupanion's. A concern person driving by noticed our pup was on a busy road, stopped and picked up, Cinco, and called Trupanion. Allison, in-turned called us right away with the person phone number and now we have our pup back. Thanks too two persons that take the time for others.

I am so happy with the service I got from trupanion, when my dog Gabby was sick. Having pet insurance with Trupqnion was amazing, they worked directly with the Animal Hospital, and I didn't have to do anything. Thanks for your amazing customer service.

I have found PetsPlusUs agents to be very knowledgable and helpful. I have had several policies over the years and while a couple of my pets have been very healthy and therefore the policy wasn't used, I have had other pets who sadly have needed to lean heavily on the policy purchased. Up to this day my little pug Diva is doing fine and hope it's going to stay like that.
Up to this day my little pug Diva is doing fine and hope it's going to stay like that. She will be one on June 8, 2021 and she still is a puppy. I had to make a call to get some help with some changes on line. The person who helped me and updated my dog information was so kind and asked if Diva was fine and told me that if I had any questions, concerns about the coverage they would be happy to give the information needed. I will certainly let them know how it's going and contact them if anything happens to Diva. So far so good. cross my fingers
