I have had this insurance for 5 years. I purchased this when my saint bernard was a pup. I have only had to use it twice. But those 2 times were Great. They paid within a week. I also like the fact, I can actually call and speak with someone. The chat on their site is very useful. I am so glad that I have this insurance. I have had insurance coverage on my dog since he was 6 years old. For many, many years, we never had to make a claim, but as he got older, he started having more maladies. My policy is an older policy, and has a 8k reimbursement limit, and over the past 5 years, I have files enough claims that we are just a few hundred dollars away from reaching it. I can honestly say that having pet insurance was the best decision I ever made because I never wanted to make a decision regarding my Jack's health based on money. One downside of this insurance though, is that we take our dog to a top of the line veterinary clinic, so their prices are a bit higher, and the company always gives us less than what we paid. For example, if our Vet charged $300 for an X-Ray, ASPCA would reimburse us based on an X-Ray fee of $250, stating that the $250 cost is more customary to our area.

Claim after claim was denied.Lots of running around documenting vet prescribed a drug that 'bout killed the dog ………..naturally the vet skewed their responsibility….however, when the liver function decreased……it was obvious that the drug caused his emergency. Don't waste your money. "Grilled" extensively in efforts to cancel policy. Emergency surgeries are 'bout all I can see that would have been covered. Luckily, I didn't have to experience that.

I have been a customer for 6 years and have always received great service and prompt responses to claims. This specific claim was for laser therapy for my French Bulldog's IVDD. This treatment has provided amazing success for him. I used to have to give him a bunch of pain medication and run to the vet for his pain. Now, he is better that day without pain medication. I couldn't be happier with Embrace, they are always there to help and support us.

Pets Best has been my insurance company for all my cats. There is always someone accessible by phone, email or fax and payments are always timely. If there is ever an error then it is rectified. My previous cat was 8 years old when I adopted him and he passed away at the age of 21 years young. During those years he was always insured with Pets Best. My 7 year old pit-bull had a splenic mass rupture requiring emergency surgery. I submitted a claim and within about a week got a check for 80% coverage (about $7000 total). Without Embrace I would have been paying this off for months (maybe years!).
