There were many pet insurance providers out there when we were researching but luckily we chose healthy paws. Unfortunately our little Pom was diagnosed with a luxating patella and in need of knee surgery. As a nervous pet owner, healthy paws was more than resourceful to describe coverages and the claim process. Amazing service, caring and claims were processed expeditiously. The filing process was straightforward and fast. I was updated via emails every step. Our reimbursement check appeared in our account without any follow up or concerns. This made things much easier since our fur baby had gone through so much. This was one less thing to worry over.
