While Trupanion helps greatly with my pet’s meds, the annual checkup is expensive & not covered at all. Wish something could be arranged to help with that.

I am not good at titles. Feel free.
The people are wonderful and responsive. The settlement on the claims were fair and fast. I gave it an 8 because it is not cheap. It is great to have when you have a problem like mine, surgery to remove a mass, but I sure pay for the coverage. But, as I said in the beginning, the people were great, the claims were paid out without debating and payment was issued quickly. You get what you pay for.

I have recommended Trupanion to several friends with dogs, and they have purchased policies. The Trupanion website is very easy to post claims and the company is very fast in reimbursing for covered medical expenses. Always a lovely experience when talking with Trupanion representatives on the phone. I am so grateful for Trupanion!

My first experience with pet insurance
The website was down so I called customer service and was greeted by a cheerful and informative lady. She was very helpful; guiding me on what I should do. The whole process was easy and quick. I was very impressed that I sent my claims via email on a Friday night and the claims were processed that same weekend. I received the covered reimbursements within the next 10 days or so. Thank you for an easy process.

Even with delays good experience.
Because of COVID there have been slower responses. My experience with Pets Best has been excellent and I have accepted the delays understanding the circumstances. Always a prompt acknowledgement of claim and explanation for delay. Would recommend.
