You are always there when most needed and claims are usually paided out immediately when I am at the vet. I now have a pre-approved claim for cruciate ligament surgery. You not only take away the financial worry, you let us focus on our pets when they need us most.

Trupanion exceeded our expectations!
True anion has been absolutely amazing! Exceeded our expectations at every turn! Our girl Sammie has had chemo and two tplo surgeries and every time trupanion comes through and honours our agreement and makes it very simple to Bill direct and at times when that was not possible we had our money back in our account within 48 hours. We highly recommend Trupanion to everyone we know and now several people have started using them that we know
