I submitted a claim for a broken tooth that was found during a routine cleaning. My schnauzer's tooth had to be pulled and many meds were given during the procedure. I was not sure it would cover the expense becaue it was tooth related but it reimbursed me 95.00 which was appreciated since the total bill was 615.00. Any help I can get with vet care cost is great! The process for filing a claim is very easy and I appreciated the quick response in an e-mail.

My dog was not feeling well. Wasn't sure what was wrong. If I didn't have this insurance, I would have waited to take her to the vet. I took her right away and I am glad that I did. Vet treated her, took x-rays, bloodwork and 90% was covered. My claim is already processed. Very happy with this company. The deliver what they promise.

Healthy paws was recommended by my vet and I am so thankful I took they're advice. My dog got sick with severe gastritis and had to be hospitalized for 4 days at a cost you can only imagine. I had to file 5 claims due to the different hospitals she was in as well as all the specialists she had to see. I filed my claim on a Sunday and had all 5 checks by the next Saturday. Purchased Embrace have had nothing but problems. Denied a claim a 1 1/2 yrs after purchasing insurance stating that it is a pre existing condition for a brused spine and ruptured disc.

We took our Great Dane in for her yearly check-up. She had shots and exam, which was covered under the wellness plan. The vet filled out the form and we sent it right off. We received an email saying the claim was being processed and within few days from that we had received a check. You can't ask for it to be much easier than that.

Late last summer, our 8 year old Maltese was beginning to slow down. With her vet, we decided to go conservative on the treatment, we did therapy (underwater treadmill, laser heat treatment, acupuncture). She responded well to the therapies. However, over the winter, she seemed to have more difficulties. Healthy Paws covers the cost of laser and acupuncture treatments. Since she was getting them on a regular basis, her pain was under control.Finally, last week, she underwent Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy. Healthy Paws paid 80%. My portion was a manageable amount. Yes, there is a recurring deductible (annually) but the fact that alternative therapies are covered; the speed at which claims are processed, and the great customer service makes it a 10!

I never knew that pet insurance existed until I got my dog. I am so glad that I got it because he's had a few issues. Embrace has been nothing but helpful, kind, speedy with reimbursements and just a pleasure overall to deal with. I've told everyone I know with a pet that if they don't have insurance, they need to contact Embrace!
