Your device reps are terrific and have consistently shown concern for our pet's health. Your prompt response to our claims was without equal, and led me to ask if we could be insured on his plan. We are so pleased with our decision to use Healthy Paws as our pet insurance. We were uninsured with our last dog and emptied our savings account in an unsuccessful attempt to save her. We adopted Tucker our new dog in July 2013 and knew we needed to get him insured immediately to avoid this situation again. After reviewing many different plans we chose Healthy Paws based on their excellent reviews. Tucker had a few small claims over the past several years for skin and eye infections and Healthy Paws was always quick to respond with any questions we had and quick to reimburse us. This year Tucker was diagnosed with a cruciate ligament tear in his right knee. We were able to choose our own vet and schedule his surgery without worrying about the cost of his care. The process for submitting a claim is extremely simple because it only requires a picture of the invoice submitted through the Healthy Paws phone app. The total for the surgery was $4571 and we received a reimbursement check for $4104 within 8 days of submitting it (we chose the 90% coverage plan). We are so happy with our coverage and would highly recommend Healthy Paws pet insurance to anyone with a pet.

From time to time my Boxer Cyrus, because he is so active will get injured in some way or injest something he shouldn't. Also this breed in particular causes me to check him for bumps on his skin because of the possibility it may be cancerous. Regardless of what the reason is it usually means a visit to the Vet. Embrace is Always very kind and professional on the phone and seem to really care every time I call. The processing time is very fast and the coverage for their visits are surprisingly good. Do your homework. Check all the other companies and you will find yourself coming back to Embrace every time. Thanks Embrace!!!

Our younger dog developed a "growth" in the roof of his mouth. We saw our vet immediately, and he felt we should have the growth removed. As to whether or not it was cancerous had yet to be found out. The surgery was going to be expensive. Before getting the ASPCA insurance, the minute one of our dogs got sick, we would be debating as to whether or not the dog HAD to be seen by the vet and would we be able to pay for the appropriate care. Now, we still try to make a "reasonable" evaluation, but if we have to go to the vet, we know that we won't have to make a panicked financial decision; our insurance will likely cover the majority of our bill. Oh, incidentally, the lesion was not cancerous, but to eat it needed to come off.

First off their monthly premium was very competitive and amongst the cheapest, even though they offered me 90% back on all claims whereas most others were lower around 80%. I have been forced to make two claims in quick succession with Healthy Paws. The first was a bill for almost $2000 from surgery which they processed in under a week with no issues. I have a rescue dog so missed some paperwork. Healthy Paws were able to quickly track down themselves to help expedite process. Using the app makes it so easy to make a claim - no forms to fill in at all!! You simply send pics from your phone of the invoice and vet report and they process! Both claims i received exactly the right amount i was expecting. no quibbles. Fast, efficient, easy to deal with and so far good customer service. V impressed.

I've been very happy with my Petshealth policy. My 16 yr old dog developed glaucoma & lost the vision in 1 eye. It was necessary to have a surgical procedure done & Petshealth paid 80% of almost all the charges. There have been follow up appointments & numerous eye drops, the insurance has been great. All payments have been prompt, there have been no problems at all.

Healthy Paws has been the only pet insurance we have ever used and the only insurance we will ever have. They are wonderful, very friendly customer service. Fast responses, and very fast return of money back after deductibles!

If you are skeptical about the extra monthly cost of pet insurance, keep in mind that unexpected medical "jams" with a pet can run into lots of $$ draining from our accts. Abby, our newly adopted Crested/Aussie/Beagle mix (dog) did not come with a rider indicating that she's a real thunderphobe. One storm, within 2 weeks of us having her, caused her such panic, she pulled out an entire canine tooth thru the wires of her crate. Fortunately, our two month free trial had begun, so we were covered. I chose the $300 deductible for now. Our expenses rose well over $500 to surgically remove the root of that tooth to avoid further infection. We had no idea she'd pulled out the surface of it 2 weeks prior. Our 2nd visit was for a booster shot! And we had coverage from the 2 week waiver since I signed up soon enough. Whew. Most pet ins. companies cover one month trial, not two. We recovered $355.00, which pleased us, and all the checks came within 2+ weeks of filing. Medication now given for anxiety, daily, was also covered in part.
