Your service is very very poor
There was so much back and forth and the service either excludes pre existing conditions or anything normal that I’d pay for anyway through your Well was program. I am absolutely switching services. You didn’t even try to make this right when I stated exact reasons and problems. You made me do so much work for $10 claim coverage.

The reasons we LOVE Healthy Paws Pet Insurance.
We love Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and Foundation. Our sweet Rottweiler, Keeva, was welcomed into our family in early 2018. Our son and his wife had decided on pet insurance after a scary expensive event with their Labrador. His wife researched many companies and settled on Healthy Paws. We trusted her judgement and also went with Healthy Paws. We thank goodness every day we chose this company. Not only is it reasonably priced they cover the most important things with no questions asked. They have a fabulous app that makes submitting claims a breeze! Keeva accidentally broke through her stitches after her spay, Healthy Paws covered, basically, another surgery. She has needed some medications over the years for little things like ear and eye infections. Recently she had to have emergency surgery when she ruptured her crucial ligament in her back left leg. The support and comfort of knowing we had excellent insurance helped make a bad situation more tolerable. They even check-in after an issue to make sure your pet is doing OK. I am not sure what we would do without Healthy Paws. The Foundation part is equally as wonderful. They donate back to other foundations, organizations, and rescue services that help find homes for homeless fur-babies.

Easy process
Our dog needed very expensive and extensive dental surgery for a broken tooth. We put in a claim online and it was paid out/reimbursed in full in a few days. No issues, no arguments, no denials. I wish human health insurance was this easy and hassle-free.
