The Best!

I am so happy that I have had this insurance for my pet Mia for the past 12 years. Thank goodness, because Mia has been ill and without Petsbest coverage I would not have been able to treat her illness and give her some additional time and make her comfortable. Besides the fact that I can't bear the thought of loosing her! After investing so much time and love with a member of your family, it is wise to have the insurance, never knowing what the future brings. Thank you Petsbest, your service is excellent!

Speedy & Responsive

After being a customer for one year now, my puppy has been through 2 ear infections and a terrible accident where she ingested plastic. Embrace continues to provide prompt responses, explanations of what amount is paid and why, and friendly customer service who assisted with my recent renewal. During my renewal, I was looking to increase my deductible and the associate provided me with 3 different options, listening to my needs and understanding the change I wanted to make. This customer service team and claims team continues to impress me.

Best Pet Insurance!

I am so glad I found you guys. My doggie has been to see the vet twice within just a few months and it was expensive. So nice to know that I did not have to pay the entire fee and I got my reimbursement within a week. I laugh everytime I hear my neighbors complaining about how much they spent for the vet...Why? crazy. Just plain dumb to not have good insurance. One of them paid thousands and the poor doggie died anyway. Had she been insured and checked maybe the vet would have caught it earlier instead of panicking and having to spend literally thousands. I am VERY happy with Healthy Paws and I will stay with them as long as my catahoulan/pit mix is with me which will be hopefully a long time from now. Best customer service also.

The Gold Standard of Pet Insurance

I have had nothing but good experiences with Embrace and their staff. Everyone is friendly and understanding and has gone out of their way to help me expedite things under time sensitive situations and I couldn't be more thankful. I have a 6 year old white boxer and have had Embrace since she was 6 months old and have recently added my 2nd new family member as well once we got him. If you are looking to get trustworthy pet insurance with a definite value, call them.

Very Good!

Pleased to have the money available for our vet emergency but still a shock to have to pay for the vet and the GST. This left us out of pocket a significant amount. However, it made it bearable and doable to help our kitty. Wish there was an automatic 'pay directly' option as opposed to having to pay up front. The high costs make it prohibitive at times and makes it stressful to have to borrow from others.

Not impressed so far

I chose Healthy Paws due to the great reviews here. But so far, they keep ignoring the pet records that my vet has now sent twice. I have also sent repeated emails about them ignoring the pet records and they keep responding with an automated email telling me that I haven't submitted the pet records. Since email doesn't work, I tried calling and now have to wait for someone to call me back. I don't know if they will actually cover anything. Not impressed.

Insurance saved my golden retriever's life

I discovered a mast cell on the end if "Indy's" penis. Surgery was done and they got it all. Aspca very helpful and concerned about the after care. Before this I had another well known pet insurance. Did not like their attitude at all. So I switched to ASPCA and Im glad I did.

I made sure I had Pet Insurance this time!

This recent claim is for a wellness visit. However, after paying thousands of dollars for my last two cats that had cancer, I made sure I had Pet Insurance after I got the two cats I now have. When your pet gets sick you don't want to have to worry about the bill. I always recommend to pet owners to get insurance and I always recommend Embrace.

Fast review of claim, great customer service

I bought a rare pure breed blue Great Dane in Nov. 2013 and shopped around for insurance. Some quotes were over $100/month, and even over $200/month which wasn't even full coverage. I compared them with Pet Health Inc./24 Pet Watch and it was a no brainer, I currently pay $60/month for unlimited accidents and illness and I also have up to $500/yr for "wellness" which covers any vaccines, check-ups, and even his neutering. So simple math = $60x12 months = $720 - $500 (wellness) = $220/year. So for a rare pure breed great Dane I'm getting an extremely awesome deal from what else is out there. I made my first claim (for neutering) July 14/14 and I received an email stating they received my claim. The same day they contacted me again saying that my vet didn't fax over the medical records so I had my vet do so. I also received a letter in the mail stating they needed my medical records. If they didn't do that, I would have never known my vet didn't fax them the records. I called the 1-800 line just to see how long it would take and I had other questions. The 1-800 number had about 9 calls in front of mine so I just left my # and they called me back instead of me waiting on hold. Thought that was great. About the end of July I got a letter saying my claimed is being finalized and I should be getting a cheque shortly. I received my cheque on Aug 10th, less than 1 month from the day I filed the claim. Amazing pet insurance!

Healthy Paws is a wonderful pet insurance company to deal with. Their staff is extremely courteous and they are very prompt to respond to the claims. They even checked up on my dog to see how he was feeling after his surgery. So glad that I have this pet insurance!!!
