Extremely Satisfied Member

ASPCA Pet Insurance has been more than fair and expeditious in paying claims on my dog. Claims submissions were fast and easy, and I appreciated being notified as the claim moved through the process.

terrible service

Everytime I submit a claim I get the run around, some kind of missing form or information, if the information is not requested on the claim form that your company sends out how are the doctors supposed to fill out YOUR form. its ridiculous

An Excellent Investment!!!

First time ever that I made the decision to purchase pet insurance when I adopted Finn, a 5 year old terrier mix from a wonderful rescue group in Dallas, TX. After researching many insurance companies, I decided on Embrace, and that was a very smart decision! Turns out that even though Finn was initially heartworm negative, he ended up with heartworms (all a timing issue, it seems), and we've gone through what might have been very expensive veterinarian care to rid Finn of the heartworms. With Embrace, it became very affordable, and Finn is now healthy again! Embrace is actually a good name for this company, because along with the ease of use to file claims, check on them, etc., they are warm dog-loving folks who are wonderful to work with. As you can probably tell, I plan on staying with Embrace moving forward.

No fuss, great turn around time

Its been frustrating trying to get allergies under control for my yellow lab but ASPCA pet insurance has made our lives much easier with a great turn around time on claims plus they have covered everything they said they would including allergy meds.

Well Worth the Money!!!

We have had Embrace since our two St. Berdoodles were puppies. It has far exceeded our expectations! From covering our routine vaccinations, the occasional illness or issue to actually covering very costly heart worm prevention, Embrace Insurance has been remarkable! We also have piece of mind, knowing that if we have a serious illness or accident, it will be covered. We will ALWAYS have Emrace with any dog we own. Filing a claim is SUPER EASY, as our regular vet has claim forms on file and they automatically file for us. We don't have to do anything! We receive an email (most of the time on the same day!) from Embrace telling us that they have received the claim and then a few days later an email telling us that it has been paid. Funds are direct deposited into our bank account! Fast and easy! Years ago, we had considered pet insurance for other pats but it was always kind of a scam because of loopholes and "fine print" and we saw that virtually nothing was covered. We were skeptical but our vet gave us information about Embrace and it sounded good. We are so thrilled with this coverage that we tell everyone about it. No tricks. No hidden "fine print". Only great, honest coverage. We actually attended a local event and got to meet some of the wonderful people who work at Embrace and we found that these people are all animal lovers and the company encourages their employees to bring their dogs with them to work! What a forward thinking place! We live Embrace and strongly recommend it!

Outstanding company

Just submitted my first claim to Healthy Paws - a fairly large bill. The claim process was easy and I had my check in less than a week, for the full amount that the policy covers. Very impressed with the service!

Definitely the best pet insurance for your Pets!

My dog Pumpkin became ill and was having a reaction to something which was making his stomach and chest cavity fill up with fluid. The VCA Animal hospital emergency visit determined that the fluid needed to be drained and he needed testing to determine the cause. After many different tests for cancer, parasite, liver, pancreas, digestive system and many others there was no diagnosis. I had purchased another pet insurance for Pumpkin as a puppy and continued the coverage although I also have the ASPCA Pet insurance. The doctors determined the only way to find out what was going on was to do exploratory surgery, where Pumpkin was under anesthesia for the 2 hour surgery which was very invasive. Tissue samples around the protective sack around the heart were taken and tested along with many other samples. The determination was that a rare bacteria infection caused a reaction within his digestive tract and inside his body to secrete fluid. During his recovery in the hospital for 4 days he was treated with antibiotics and after he was released treated with antibiotics for 2 months. He has fully recovered I am happy to say. He is a 10 year old Golden Retriever therapy dog. The other insurance only covered $3500. and nothing else, stating that is was the liver which was initially tested, and only covered that occurrence, and that was before a diagnosis was reached. I filed a review to see if they would reverse it and they die not. If it were not for Pumpkins ASPCA policy, I would have paid over $28,000.00 in bills. The ASPCA insurance covered much of the expenses and their customer service followed up to see how Pumpkin was doing and if I were pleased with the insurance. They were wonderful to work with during Pumpkin's illness and I would recommend everyone consider ASPCA insurance before any other Pet insurance! Thank you ASPCA!

Waste of money

I was with Trupanion for 4 years, submitted approximately $1000 worth of vet expenses and only received $10 back. On my fourth anniversary they increased my bill by $100 a year, when I called to inquire about the increase they advised it was due to vet costs and expenses - however, during the call one of the several agents I spoke with informed me that 35% of their clients did receive a reduction. My question to the manager is why an account that has only ever received $10 in reimbursements is experiencing an increase and other people are getting a decrease. To which they had no satisfactory answer, saying each area is reviewed annually - and some go up and some go down.
