We had never had to use the insurance before this event and Trupanion has been so considerate and helpful through all the steps. Quick responses and payments. While she passed away this morning at home with us, Trupanion helped with the financial aspects of the illness during this time. So glad we have all 4 of our pets insured with Trupanion and will never have a pet not protected with their services in the future as we never know when unexpected illnesses and injuries can arise.
