I don't know what I would do without pet insurance, probably max out some credit cards to give my dog the care she deserves. Thank goodness for healthy paws. It is an investment that is worth it and gives me such peace of mind. Submitting a claim couldn't be easier. They are usually very quick at processing claims. Customer service by email or phone is very responsive and helpful. I recommended both my mom and sister who now have it and love it as well. Do it!

Healthy Paws is one of the best investments I've ever made. Beforebuying insurance for my puppy, I shopped around, and several of the resources I found gave Healthy Paws their highest ranking. So I bought a policy for about $45/month, assuming I'd never have to use it. I've had Welly for about a year and a half now. He's happy and healthy, but he's had a few medical issues, including a swelling in his neck that required surgery. Healthy Paws has been amazing--quick, responsive, and fair. You just scan the doctor's bill and email it to them, and they take care of the rest. Welly is now doing wonderfully. I hope I never have to use the policy again, but I sleep better knowing it's there. If you're looking for pet insurance, I highly recommend Healthy Paws!"

Having Embrace in place was the greatest feeling ever. We have been thrilled with both the customer service provided by Pets Best and the coverage. We have had coverage from Pets Best since our black lab Rosie was a puppy. My husband originally thought I was crazy and questioned the need for pet insurance but we have had two major claims in the past two years. One was for mast cell tumor removal and the other was for a fully torn ACL and torn meniscus. So far our claims have totaled about $4000. Whenever I call for information I am always directed to a compassionate human being who listens to my request and tells me exactly what to do and what is covered. The representatives are excellent. The claims process is so easy (all online) and professional and the funds are deposited directly into my bank account. Rosie is almost 8 years old and my husband will tell you now that this was one of the best decisions HE ever made! We recommend Pets Best very highly!
