I can't say how grateful we are for HealthyPaws Pet Insurance! They now paid for our dog's second knee surgery and the process of filing a claim couldn't be easier. Just take a photo of the invoice and upload it through the app or the Website. If one has a question, there are real people available to talk to as well. I've been telling all my dog-friends about them.

Healthy Paws helped me pay for my dogs IVDD surgery!! $7,000 and they reimbursed 90%! Could not ask for more... But I will hahaha when my pup goes into physical rehabilitation and they will cover what he needs for that as well. They helped to save my dogs life ❤️

Our Coco Bella came home from the groomers about 3 months ago and a few days later she started limping every time she would get up after resting awhile. A trip to the vet determined that she had torn her cranial cruciate ligament which is located inside the (knee)joint and is responsible for maintaining a stable joint. They did a major surgical procedure called a TPLO.It was so great having Healthy Paws on our side. The best decision I every made was getting her covered by Health Paws Pet Insurance. The went beyond the normal claim process to help us pay for all of Coco's cost with out having to deduct money from our saving. I purchased the insurance just in case. I didn't know I would need or use it. I had to submit a claim and was very pleased with the outcome. The process was easy and fast.

Our husky chipped a major tooth accidentally and it caused him a lot of pain to eat on the right side of his mouth. When our vet dentist told us the cost to get a root canal and crown, we were shocked! Luckily, we had Healthy Paws and they walked us through the entire process step by step. It was our first claim, so we were nervous that there would be some issues along the way. However, Healthy Paws not only was extremely responsive and professional, they also reimbursed us within a couple days! We are extremely happy with our choice of insurer and have been recommending Healthy Paws to all our friends and family. Our vet dentist was so impressed by the insurer that he's been recommending Healthy Paws to his own clientele, too!

I've had ASPCA insurance for my German Shepherd mix for 6 months now. I purchased this insurance on the recommendation from a friend. I'm glad I did. My dog is had two accidents in this time. Both of the claims I submitted were paid in a timely manner, and were easy and convenient to submit online. I received my direct deposit reimbursement within two weeks of submitting my claim. A customer service representative followed up on both claims as well. I would recommend this insurance to a friend.

I would not be without Pets Best insurance.

Disclaimer: Please ignore the details listed about my pet. I don't have a mixed breed cat. This was just an option I chose so I could post about my experience since my pet option was not available. Also please disregard the claim amount and time. These were also required fields. The plan is absolutely awful. I have two ferrets, and my boyfriend and I were so happy to finally find a pet insurance that caters to exotic pets. We were greatly disappointed when the policy finally arrived. It didn't cover ANYTHING close to the normal costs of owning a pet. This policy was nothing, but a scam to take $114 to start the plan plus an extra $20 per month to continue the plan (the numbers are also per pet by the way) so they could only be protected from extreme circumstances like broken limbs from car accidents. Ferrets are not like dogs and cats, therefore they are not out and about like there fellow furry friends. They are not as highly active where they may in fact injure themselves to the point where they might actually break their own legs. This policy only covered rare, unlucky draw situations and it wasn't worth. My babies are 2 years and 6 months old so they have along time before any of their expected ferret diseases comes to haunt them, which of course, the policy does not cover. Bottom line: If you are a ferret owner, you are better off without this plan. It's not worth your time.
