Always fair, always reliable

I've been a customer for several years and PetsBest always impress me on their efficiency, their promptness of payment, and even their digital and web presence which makes submitting a claim easy. They don't give you the run around, they pay what they promise and they do it quickly. Exactly what you want from an insurance provider.

Great company, great customer service

Our 10 month old dog duke recently was diagnosised with a serious congenital leg problem requiring major surgery. Duke fade the surgery 2weeks ago. I submited the claim through the healthy paws app and within days I recieved a check for the full amount less our 10% co-pay. They required no further paperwork and I recieved a follow-up email from a team member checking on duke !! I also have another 1 year old Yorkshire terrier that had a minor infection that was also paid in a few days. Highly recommend healthy paws !! A+++++

Excellent Service

We have been "Embraced" for 5 years for our two Springer Spaniels. We have been beyond satisfied with the fast turn-around on claims. The personalized claim form is perfect, and our vet simply faxes it in, and I receive an email the following day --- and the check soon thereafter. Great Insurance for our pets.

Amazing Customer Service and Mobile App!!

I rescued a lab mix and signed up for Healthy Paws just to make sure I was covered for anything that came our way and I could not be happier that I did. In additional to routine care, Jax recently had 2 root canals and a tooth extracted. Healthy Paws customer service was incredible throughout his surgery and the follow up care that was needed. The mobile app was a huge help and gave me a piece of mind having one less piece of paperwork to complete. I would recommend Healthy Paws to everyone I know who has a pet or is looking to add a pet to their family!

Smooth sailing!

I signed up for insurance for my 8 year old cat (very affordable!) Lola, in case anything were to happen to her. Wouldn't you know it, she got sick about a month later. I've had to take her to 2 vet appointments and one specialist in the last few months. Pets Best has a great customer service chat- they're very helpful and answered all my questions. The process of fulfilling Lola's deductible, submitting claims and getting feedback has all been very smooth. As soon as her deductible was met, Pet's Best sent me an e-mail (within a few business days) with an itemized list of reimbursement letting me know what was covered and what wasn't. I haven't signed up for direct deposit yet, but I should be getting the first check in 5-7 business days (her vet appointment was 4 business days ago). I would definitely recommend Pet's Best to anyone looking for insurance for their fur kid. Highly worth it.

Worst company

We have had vpi for 18 years. My dog sophie, now deceased, was denied coverage for diagnostic testing of lymphoma. We were told it wasn't necessary. As a certified vet tech and claims adjuster for petplan, this was a large disappointment. A needle aspirate is the only way to diagnose lymphoma which was not a pretty existing condition. At petplan, if a condition is coverable, we cover diagnostics and treatment. This was sophie's first ever claim and we are being nit picked and denied the necessary $200 test reimbursement. They have made this whole experience a nightmare and have lost a customer... BTW customer service sounds like they have no idea what it means to deal with these situations
