Have had Embrace since my dog was a puppy. I didn't need to use it often. But he recently had major surgery and it was a relief to have most the bills covered by Embrace. I might add they were very courteous and caring when I asked questions and their prompt reimbursement was great. I would highly recommend Embrace to everyone.

Have my 2 8yr old Egyptian Mau Brothers, on the Embrace Insurance plan. I am very happy with Embrace, they are very friendly and prompt when a claim is submitted. Pets Best cares enough to support us (the parents of the pets)to have the Vet see our pets and then we receive help in the form of a check from the Insurance Company. Our pet receives better care when we all work together for the good of our pet.

Healthy Paws insurance has been a god send. It enabled us to immediately remedy a condition that would have caused severe pain and permanent lameness for our sweet little rescued dog. The coverage cost is reasonable, but more importantly the customer service is (in a word)...excellent!! Claims are easy to submit right from my phone and are processed quickly. Every interaction both online and by phone has been a positive experience in dealing with staff that are friendly, articulate and knowledgeable . I did research different companies before choosing Healthy Paws and am happy to report that they have even surpassed my expectations .
