Terrific Company

This is by far the best pet insurance I have ever had. They are so professional, helpful, and incredibly prompt in their response to questions. The claims process is easy and resolved in just a few days.

Love Healthy PAWS

My two little babies have been covered by Healthy Paws about 5 years and I do not regret this decision at all. Being small they have their issues and small bones. My little girl, a papillon, broke her leg a couple years ago, and my silkie terrior , just had his second knee surgery last Wednesday. I just take a photo of the invoice and use the app on my phone to send the claim in. It is so easy for me, and I am not a computer whiz like my son. I get a response right away and the check comes very very quickly. Within a week generally. I have the $250 deductible and pay 20% of the bill and it works for me. I can not recommend them enough. The staff is so kind and personable through the email communication and you can tell they love animals, which makes me feel that I picked the right insurance company for them. My pets are definitely worth it, and Healthy PAWS is the Best. Highly recommend them!

Best Insurance Ever for Fur babies !!

I just want to thank you for being soooo great in our time of need ! We filed claims for Gracee Mae our sweet fur baby who ingested my husband's Mobic for his pain for his knee. It was an awful, terrifying experience but with prayers and a miracle and our wonderful veterinarian - she is back to super dog again after several weeks. Our claims were filed so easily and we got immediate response from you and have already received our checks. In all the stress and tears - you were there for us. I wish our human insurance was half as good as your group. We have a "Golden Doodle" Facebook group and so many others have sung your praises also - we are recommending you to all our fur baby parents - God bless you !

Excellent, reliable, expedient service.

We very much appreciate having Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. My daughter has autism, and "Sparkles" is her emotional support dog. We would do anything for this little dog who is so important to my daughter. Therefore we purchased insurance with the maximum coverage and the lowest deductible - even so, our monthly fee is reasonable. Healthy Paws Pet Insurance gives us peace of mind knowing we could afford "to do everything necessary" for Sparkles (though hopefully there will not be many occasions to be in that position!). Healthy Paws Pet Insurance customer service is excellent - one of the best companies I've ever had dealings with. Their phone representatives are always knowledgeable and courteous - and they are "real" people - not "automated" - who express genuine concern. Sparkles had several vet appointments for a recurrent eye corneal ulcer. We eventually learned she required surgery to correct an underlying eye condition causing the repeated ulcers. Through each step and multiple vet appointments, Healthy Paws processed the claims and mailed a check within a week or so after submitting the claim. Healthy Paws has more than paid for my premiums considering Sparkles' need for repeated vet visits and surgery. Claim submission is very easy (either on-line, or via fax, or snail mail - and I am NOT tech savvy!) Their responsiveness and customer service far exceeds any service I have had with "people insurance". I would highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance company!

Amazing

Petsecure has been amazing to deal with , its been almost 2 years and not once have we had an issue - claims are processed quickly and painless-I have a gentle giant that doesn't know his own strength that has needed a few stitches as well as a pretty serious CCL surgery and pet secure has not let me or my fur baby down! thank you! I have only had to call in once about a couple questions and it was the best customer service, so I am one very happy customer!

Excellent customer service

Almost lost my precious Mercy. Overnight she developed life threatening digestive problem. Rushed her to hospital over 50 miles away. Diagnosis was clostridium - dangerous bacterial infection. She received excellent care & is recovering very well. I was so grateful I had insurance with healthy paws to help with expenses & am even more grateful for their simple & straight forward filing process and for their reaching out with care & concern for information on Mercy's recovery.

Great to Have Embrace there when you need them

Our Yorkie had a infected cyst as well as a UTI. It took a few days in the vet intensive care as well as an operation to remedy his issues. But he is home now and is hos old self.It was great to know that the bill was in large part going to covered by Embrace.

Thank goodness we have EMBRACE

I have written previous great reviews and, once again, EMBRACE has come though! With 5 dogs now, we got a $1,000 deductible for each in order to have a "doable" monthly premium. BUT, we got $15,000 YEARLY coverage. If this seems like a lot, trust someone who has been through two cancer surgeries in one year for one dog!! Of note, it is rough for all (people and beloved canine) to go through this....BUT, knowing we were covered by EMBRACE has helped us get through. And, also, we aggressively have kept an eye on her developing any other bumps or lumps without worry of how we would pay for there removal. Early detection and surgery when these things are small has been the difference. And, hopefully, this good fortune will continue. She is feeling great! (We are lucky to have board certified surgeon and oncologist...so skilled at dealing with cancer...) Many of the negative reviews stem from EMBRACE not covering "pre-existing" conditions. To this I say 2 things. Get your dog (or cat) insured NOW before things happen. Also, having had one small portion of one claim denied (less than $100 lab work), I can speak to that. The lab determined that one of her bumps was a "hair folicle cyst" so that lab work on that one thing was not covered. This was because before we insured her 2 years ago, she had had a "bump" removed previously that proved to be one of these and, thus, any further cysts of this kind are not covered as they are likely to reoccur. But, EMBRACE has covered every other item for this particular dog over the past almost 2 years and the reimbursements (we have 90%) have been in the thousands. This year we have had over $7,000 paid out for the two surgeries and all that goes with that (diagnostics such as CT scan, ultrasound, chest x-rays, liver and spleen aspirations....) in addition to some bladder stone issues which required X-rays as well. This company can be trusted to cover things that are not "pre-existing" conditions. SO, if you have any questions as you research policies and companies, ask them to review your dog's / cat's records and find out if any exist. They can also be trusted to cover any care your vet thinks necessary. For example, in August this dog had a soft tissue sarcoma. The surgeon said it would increase his ability to precisely remove it and get "clean margins" if we had a CT scan to show exactly where its boundaries were. The scan also was helpful in determining that the cancer had not spread. We were able to have this
