I started with Embrace after a 4,000 dollar surgery for my dog opened my eyes to potential accidents and costs a little puppy could amass. Ever since then, I have not worried about the costs or taking my puppy to the vet, because I know Embrace will be there for me. They are efficient, timely and communicative. When we adopted our first ever dog 4 years ago, we decided to get pet insurance. After having indoor cats for 25 years, we felt a dog probably would get into more trouble vet visit wise, we were thinking porcupine quills, cars, etc. Never in our wildest dreams did we think our baby girl would be diagnosed with Lymphoma at 5 years young. I can't say enough about how wonderful Embrace has been for us. Firstly having insurance made it possible to seek out the best care for our girl. Our claims are submitted by the oncology practice and we have a check in less than 2 weeks. Our baby is in remission with 2 more treatments to go. Thank you Embrace for taking the financial worry out of the equation. Instead, we can spend our time and energy making her days the best and happiest possible....

We researched plans and concluded that Embrace was the most affordable, least exploitive and best coverage for our pets. We have a Belgian Malinois and a small rescue. Anyone who loves the Malinois knows that most have a drive as they say, like a "Sheperd on crack". Lola is soon to be 3 and we have definitely had peace of mind knowing she's covered for injuries. Let's just say our vet bills and return from Embrace have exceeded our coverage. Customer service is excellent and refunds are expedient! We learned with our previous Malinois, having no insurance was a mistake. After close to $15,000 vet surgery and bills most of that would have been covered.

I've had VPI for the past 14 years and have never had a problem with them. I took the Superior Plan and it was well worth it. My last visit at Dobson was $509 of which I am getting back $439.00. If there was ever a question of reimbursement, they have been more than glad to work with me and my vet. I would continue to use them.

I have this coverage for four years. Every year, something happens to my little dog that need several trips to the vet. ASPCA has been fair and prompt in reimbursing the expenses. I highly recommend this insurance for your pets

The benefits of having Pet's Best insurance outweighs the cost of the premiums. I am confident that I can afford whatever treatment my dog needs when Pet's Best pays a portion of my bill. My Bernese Mountain Dog needed x-rays and tests to diagnose his limping. Pet's best was very quick to respond and reimburse me for their part of bill.
